Steve Hammonds - INCUMBENT BOARD MEMBER
Steve is a seasoned Senior Operations Executive and Board leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting the Federal Government through large-scale facilities management, contract oversight, and multi-state operational leadership. A graduate of the University of North Texas with a BBA, Steve currently serves as a Senior Regional Operations Manager, guiding high-performing teams and ensuring compliance, financial stewardship, and mission-focused service delivery across complex federal portfolios. With 15 years of Board service with LibertyOne Credit Union, including his role as Vice Chairman, he brings a strong commitment to governance, strategic planning, and organizational growth. Steve is known for his integrity, collaborative leadership style, and ability to drive measurable results in challenging operational environments.
Calvin Smith - INCUMBENT BOARD MEMBER
Calvin Smith retired in January 2003 after 32 years of faithful federal service. He is a long standing member of LibertyOne Credit Union. His voting record is consistently member friendly. Calvin has served as past Chairman, Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary at LibertyOne. Mr. Smith owns and operates his own mediation and arbitration service. He is an adjunct professor for the USDA Graduate School, Southwest Region. Calvin enjoys hosting the cash and prize giveaways at the LibertyOne Credit Union annual meeting and looks forward to continued involvement. Dedric Ayo - INCUMBENT ADVISORY DIRECTOR
Dedric Ayo is currently employed with the USDA and has over 30 years of experience as an IT Specialist. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has been a LibertyOne member for 22 years and has served on the Board as an Advisory Director for 10 years. His expertise as an IT professional has been beneficial to the Board, particularly in the areas of data storage, tracking, and information sharing. During his tenure, he has served on several committees, providing valuable input and sound advice. He believes in putting members first and recognizes them as the foundation of a strong and successful credit union. Dedric Ayo would like to continue serving the credit union and its members to help LibertyOne Credit Union grow and prosper in the coming years. Thank you for your vote!
Lacy Durham
Lacy has been a dedicated member for over 20 years; she is currently an Associate General Counsel at Constellation Energy Generation, LLC, and previously as an employee of the U.S. Department of Labor. She has primary legal responsibility and provides strategic advice regarding the Company's investment strategy and compliance related to benefit and compensation plans and trusts. Lacy has extensive experience in financial oversight and community-focused leadership, with a proven track record of strategic decision-making and a strong commitment to promoting service. Her exemplary leadership is demonstrated through her numerous civic and professional roles and appointments to prestigious commissions and boards. In addition, she has graduated from various esteemed leadership programs and has received numerous awards and accolades. Lacy earned degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, an MBA from Louisiana Tech University, a J.D. from Southern University Law Center, and an LLM in Taxation from the Southern Methodist Dedman School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas and is also a certified mediator, accountant, and senior-level HR professional.
